NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS

J’Leen’s office is open Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain Standard Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day and shipped accordingly.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most packages are sent First-Class or Priority mail and should arrive in approximately one week from purchase date. Some packages may take longer to arrive. Larger packages will be sent via Priority mail, and will typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Special orders or large orders may require additional time. Generally, orders that arrive during the weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL/CANADA

International orders and shipping are handled on an individual basis. We will endeavor to ship your items in the most timely and economical manner which is agreeable to you. Shipping, customs, and other associated charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and will not be paid by J'Leen.

Privacy & Security

At J’Leen we are committed to providing excellent customer service and outstanding value in products we offer while respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers.

PRIVACY POLICY OF CHILDREN

J’Leen will never knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from J’Leen’s database. Because J’Leen does not collect such information, J’Leen has no such information to use or disclose to third parties. We have designed this policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

COMMUNICATIONS

Any messages or testimonials submitted to this website may be used in J’Leen’s commercial and promotional materials. We will not use your full name in any such promotional use unless you provide such information within your testimonials. We may save certain messages and emails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such message.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

Financial information (credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, etc.) is only used for payment of products purchased at J'Leen. When Credit card information is submitted, such information is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption software. Credit card information may only be disclosed to third parties if it is necessary to complete the purchase transaction, or if you consent to such disclosure.

 

Returns & Replacements

PHOTOGRAPHY/ PRODUCT IMAGE

J’Leen has attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products may also appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.


With the exception of goods damaged due to delivery, J’Leen generally does not accept returns, and returns that are accepted are generally limited to immediate exchange.
Returns are not allowed on special order or discontinued items. We require that you call (330) 440-4630 prior to sending a return so that we can better understand the reason for your request, and provide a return address. Requests for returns must be made within thirty (30) days from delivery of the subject item. If a return is allowed, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as received, and accompanied by the original invoice or full value for the item will not be allowed.

J’Leen offers 100% replacement for any item damaged in shipping, however it is required that you contact us at the number above within five (5) days from delivery of the damaged item to receive the full refund.


With the exception of damaged items, all return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. The cost of shipping on damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Ordering
We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date and accurately respresented. Images on screen are representative of the products, but apparent color, size, and features may be different on actual items. Please read descriptions carefully and review photographs prior to ordering. Please make sure that you understand what the item should look like and are not making assumptions based on impressions. While we do allow some returns, returns are not guaranteed and customers are responsible for the items they order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

J’Leen makes every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but mistakes can happen. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. We do offer wholesale pricing to verified retailers. Please contact us if you are interested in a wholesale account.

Viewing Orders
To view your order(s), please log into your customer account. Should you require assistance, please contact us via phone at 303-440-4630 or email at info@jleen.com. A tracking number will be attached to you order when it is shipped. If you do not receive an email with the tracking number you may contact us or check your online account.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, please log into your customer account and update the information there. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information at the time of the order. Any additional charges required due to inaccurate information shall be the responsibility of the customer.
